Terms of Service

Last Updated: 24 February 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PipeAlign.co.uk (the Site) and the purchase of our strategic intelligence services (the Services). By accessing the Site or purchasing a Report, you agree to be bound by these Terms. PipeAlign is a trading name of LearningCues Media Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

2. Description of Services & Scope

2.1 Core Services

PipeAlign provides productised strategic intelligence reports for UK charities. Our core offerings are:

  • The Sector Report™: A master strategy dossier providing a prioritised list of corporate prospects and engagement plans for a specific industry sector.
  • The Horizon Scan™: An initial reconnaissance briefing identifying and prioritising the Top 10 UK industry sectors most aligned with a charity mission.

2.2 Scope Limitations (No Grants)

The Service is strictly limited to Corporate Commercial Alignments. It explicitly excludes Trusts, Foundations, and Statutory Grant schemes (Restricted Income Channels). PipeAlign is not responsible for identifying, monitoring, or meeting grant application deadlines or eligibility criteria.

2.3 Human Oversight Protocol

For the avoidance of doubt, all 'Strategic Intelligence Briefings' and 'Sector Reports' undergo a documented Human-in-the-Loop oversight process prior to delivery. This distinguishes them from purely automated outputs. By using the Service, you acknowledge that authorised personnel review the output to ensure strategic relevance.

Technical Scope & Accuracy Benchmarks

PipeAlign provides decision-support tools based on proprietary AI architectures and expert human oversight. Technical research and white papers available at our Intelligence Lab document our internal laboratory methodology.

Please note that our accuracy benchmarks apply strictly to Grounded Intelligence (the retrieval of factual, publicly available data points). This metric does not extend to Generative Strategy. Subjective creative elements—such as strategic reframing angles or suggested engagement concepts—are provided for guidance and do not constitute a contractual warranty or guarantee of identical results for any individual client report.

3. Nature of Services & Limitations of Liability

3.1 Definition of Service

The Client acknowledges that PipeAlign™ deliverables are provided solely as Strategic Decision-Support Tools. They do not constitute legal advice, financial advice, investment recommendations, or professional fundraising consultancy.

3.2 The "Alignment vs. Guarantee" Clause

The Service identifies corporate prospects based on an analysis of public data and strategic alignment. The Client expressly acknowledges that:

  • The identification of a prospect represents a potential for strategic alignment only.
  • It does not constitute a guarantee of funding, partnership, access to decision-makers, or commercial success.
  • PipeAlign accepts no liability for the failure of any specific approach, proposal, or negotiation initiated by the Client based on Intelligence provided.

3.3 Financial Data Currency

Financial liquidity scores, turnover data, and solvency indicators presented in Reports are historical snapshots derived from the most recent public filings (e.g., Companies House) available at the time of retrieval. This data does not constitute a real-time credit rating. The Client agrees to conduct independent financial due diligence before entering into binding commercial contracts.

3.4 Artificial Intelligence & Accuracy

While PipeAlign utilises Human-in-the-Loop oversight to audit factual data (Grounded Intelligence) to a target benchmark of 92.0%, the Client accepts that:

  • Generative Strategy elements (including "Hooks," "Reframing Angles," and creative copy) are subjective outputs provided for creative stimulation and decision support.
  • PipeAlign does not warrant that Generative Strategy outputs are error-free or suitable for direct publication without Client review.

3.5 Operational Timeline & Delays

To maintain the integrity of our Human-in-the-Loop oversight, quoted delivery times (e.g., 5-7 working days) are estimates. PipeAlign reserves the right to delay delivery to perform additional verification on complex datasets without penalty.

4. Ordering and Financial Terms

4.1 Ordering Process

Service requests are submitted via the secure order forms on our Briefings page. The Client must provide accurate mission data to ensure the efficacy of our methodology.

4.2 Payment

All fees are stated in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Work on any Report will only commence once payment has been received in full via our secure payment processor.

4.3 Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of strategic intelligence and the immediate allocation of research resources, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits once an order has been processed.

5. Delivery Protocol

To maintain our Regulatory Oversight Standard, delivery of Briefings is not instantaneous. The standard service window allows for a 5-7 working day human oversight cycle from the receipt of payment and complete order information. Completed Reports are delivered in PDF format via a secure, password-protected link from our partner, TransferNow. Access keys are transmitted via a separate, secure communication channel.

Download Responsibility: For security and data currency purposes, download links are time-limited (7 days). The Client is responsible for downloading and safely archiving the Report immediately upon receipt. PipeAlign does not retain indefinite archives of client data.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage

The methodologies used to generate our intelligence—including the Secret Engine™ and Four-Angle Analysis™—are the exclusive intellectual property of PipeAlign. Upon purchase, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Report for their charity’s internal strategic purposes. Reports may not be resold, republished, or shared with external third parties without prior written consent.

7. Regulatory Compliance & Due Diligence

7.1 Client Responsibility

While our process includes rigorous checks, Clients are solely responsible for conducting their own mandatory due diligence on any identified prospects. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with the failure to prevent fraud offence and the Code of Fundraising Practice. This includes conducting your own 'Governance Health Check' to ensure internal administrative efficiency meets the standards set by the Charity Commission (e.g., the Stoke Air Ambulance precedent).

7.2 Meaning of "Audit-Ready"

References to "Audit-Ready" or "Compliance Shield" refer to the format and documentation process of the deliverables (i.e., that the intelligence is documented, sourced, and subjected to human oversight). It does not constitute a guarantee that the Client will pass any specific regulatory audit or that the Client is compliant with SORP or Fundraising Regulator standards solely by use of this Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

PipeAlign provides all content and reports on an "as is" basis to support your due diligence, not replace it. We shall not be liable for any decisions, losses, or damages arising from reliance on our intelligence. In no event shall our total liability exceed the fee paid by the Client for the specific report in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal enquiries or formal notices should be submitted via our Secure Channel.
