Terms of Service

Last Updated: 18 November 2025

1. Introduction & Agreement to Terms

Welcome to PipeAlign™ ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our entire website (PipeAlign.co.uk, the "Site"), including all public-facing content and the purchase of our strategic intelligence reports ("Reports", “Specialist Reports”). By accessing or using any part of our Site, whether as a general visitor or as a charity placing an order (a "Client"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Our "Mission-Critical Intelligence Briefing" Services

We provide two distinct strategic intelligence reports ("Reports"):

  • The Sector Report™: A detailed intelligence briefing that identifies and prioritises promising corporate prospects for your charity within a specific, client-selected UK industry sector.

  • The Horizon Scan™: An intelligence briefing that identifies and prioritises a Top 10 list of UK industry sectors with the highest potential for authentic, high-value partnership for your charity.

Service Details:

  • Purpose: The Reports are intended for strategic guidance and informational purposes only, designed to "crack the code" on your partnership pipeline, amplify your team's effectiveness, and de-risk your fundraising strategy.

  • Disclaimer: Our Reports do not constitute professional legal, financial, tax, or fundraising advice. They are a tool to support your own strategic planning and due diligence, not to replace it. We do not guarantee the successful acquisition of any partnership or funding. All information should be independently verified by the Client before action is taken.

  • Automated Decision-Making (ADM) Notice: PipeAlign services are "Decision-Support Tools" designed to assist human strategic planning. They do not constitute "Solely Automated Decision-Making." The Client retains full and final responsibility for all fundraising decisions and for conducting their own due diligence on any prospects identified.

3. Use of Our Public Website and Content

  • Public Content: All content provided on the public areas of our Site, including but not limited to our "The Decryption Files" (/intel) blog, is for general informational purposes only. It doesn't constitute professional advice, and you shouldn't rely on it as such.

  • Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful or that could harm PipeAlign or any third party. You agree not to post any content that is spammy, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.

4. Ordering & Delivery (For Clients)

  • Ordering: Our Site is publicly accessible. To order a Report, you must complete the secure order form on our "/briefings" (Specialist Reports) page, providing accurate and complete information.

  • Delivery: The completed Report will be delivered in PDF format via a secure, password-protected link from our third-party provider, TransferNow, to the email address you provide, within the timeframe specified at the time of order confirmation (typically 5-7 working days). For your security, the password required to access the file will be sent in a separate email.

5. Fees & Payment (For Clients)

Fees for our Reports are clearly stated on our "/briefings" (Specialist Reports) page. All fees are in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Payment must be made in full via our secure third-party payment processor before we commence work on your Report.

6. Refund Policy (For Clients)

Given the bespoke and strategic nature of the Reports, all sales are final upon delivery. The fee paid is for the professional service of producing the strategic intelligence, which, upon delivery, is considered a completed product. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Our IP: The methodology (including our "'Secret Engine'" and "'Four-Angle Analysis'"), structure, and branding of our Reports, as well as all content on this Site (including text, graphics, and logos), are the exclusive intellectual property of PipeAlign (a trading name of LearningCues Media Ltd) and are protected by copyright laws.

  • Licence for Reports (For Clients): Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased Report for your charity's internal strategic and fundraising purposes only.

  • Restrictions: No part of our Reports or our public Site content may be resold, republished, publicly distributed, reproduced, or used to create a derivative commercial product or service without our prior written consent. The purchased Report is for the sole use of the purchasing charity's internal team and must not be shared with external organisations or third parties.

8. Client Responsibilities & Due Diligence

  • Information Verification: Our Reports are based on publicly available information, which can change rapidly. The Client is responsible for independently verifying all information before acting upon it.

  • Due Diligence: The Client is solely responsible for conducting its own full and proper due diligence on any potential partner identified in our Reports, in line with all relevant UK Charity Commission guidance and UK laws, including the 'failure to prevent fraud' offence.

9. Limitation of Liability

All content and Reports are provided "as is" for strategic guidance. We make no representations or warranties about their completeness or accuracy. PipeAlign (LearningCues Media Ltd) shall not be liable for any decisions, actions, losses, or damages whatsoever from your reliance on our Site content or our Reports. Our total liability to a Client shall in no circumstances exceed the fee paid by that Client for the specific Report in question.

10. General Provisions

  • Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates the latest version. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

  • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

  • Contact: For any questions regarding these Terms, please use the form on our Secure Channel (/secure-channel) page.
